Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Website shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration body in Nigeria. The arbitration shall take place in Kano, Nigeria.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
